Delete your Picvana data

Last updated: 2026-10-26

Picvana (焕片), by CyoFun (Luoyang Chuangyou Interactive Information Technology Co., Ltd.), has no accounts: there is no sign-up, login, name, phone number or email address in the App. This page explains how to delete what the App keeps on your phone and how to ask us to delete what our server keeps. Details are in the Privacy Policy.

1. Delete data on your phone (instant)

Your edit history (original photos and results) is stored only inside the App on your device. To delete it: open the App → Settings → Clear history. To delete a single edit: open History, tap the edit, then tap Delete.

To stop any further uploads, turn off Settings → AI photo processing. Uninstalling the App also removes all of its local data, including the random device ID. Pictures you saved to your photo library stay there until you delete them yourself.

2. Ask us to delete server-side data

1) In the App, open Settings → Device ID and tap it to copy the ID.

2) Email support@cyofun.com with the subject “Picvana data deletion request” and paste your Device ID in the message. Please send it before uninstalling the App, because a reinstall creates a new ID.

3) We will confirm by email and complete the deletion within 15 working days of receiving your request. We only need the Device ID; please do not send photos or ID documents.

3. What is deleted

Deleted: the free-allowance and usage counters linked to your Device ID; the request records of your edits (request ID, edit mode, number of images, time and outcome; at most the latest 50 are kept); any content reports you sent from the App; and the customer record held for us by RevenueCat under that ID.

Never stored, so nothing to delete: your photos and the text instructions you type. They are processed in memory to make your result and are not saved on our servers.

Kept: purchase and subscription records held by Apple or Google under their own policies, and records we must keep by law (for example, tax and accounting records of payments). Deleting your data does not cancel a subscription: cancel it first in your App Store or Google Play account. If you have an active subscription, its usage counters belong to the store purchase rather than the device and are deleted when you ask us to after the subscription ends.

4. Retention timeframe

Without a request, data is kept only as long as described in the Privacy Policy: local history is removed automatically after 30 days (or beyond 100 edits); hashed network addresses are deleted daily; server logs, which never contain photos or your text, expire automatically within 7 days; usage counters are kept while needed to honor your free allowance and subscription.

After a deletion request, the data listed above is removed from our live systems within 15 working days, and any residual copies in our hosting provider's (Cloudflare) recovery storage expire within a further 30 days.
